    Being an Ozbargainer I take my kids to the fish market instead. Free entry and more fish on display.

    Can highly recommend for value, we live nearby and go to either the Aquarium or Wildlife World in Sydney once or twice a month with the 4 year old who loves it and this discount is equal to the January special they had.

    I dont know if it works the other way but UK Merlin passes give discounts in many overseas Merlin Group sites, its not free entry just a discount… so if you have an Ausie one and go to the UK on holiday it may be worth seeing if you get any discounts there… Merlin have just about all the big theme parks in the UK and even The London Eye.

    Merlin passes are pretty big in the US and UK.
    We have one for Australia and it is excellent value if you have young kids.

    This promotion is a deceptive.

    There has always been a 20% discount if you buy the membership online and it's a good 30% discount when you renew online.

    Only plus for people is the discount now applies for walk-ups.

    Makes me wonder if they are planning a price hike afterwards!
