    Which, frankly, does next to nothing.

  big claims little results.
  CCCleaner is free and gives similar or better results

  This will be similar to Tuneup.. ccleaner does the bear minimum by deleting temporary data and fixing registry files.

  I would give the trial a go and delete once I'm done maintaning the pc :] Ozbargain style.
