Wouldnt using a splitter on the RCA cables then using the the av sender to send the signal to the other rooms tv work better. But i have heard the image signal is less but the sender might correct it.
Don't see why an AV sender would stop you watching on the original TV. Just means both TVs would be seeing the same thing.
It wouldn't make any difference regarding image and sound quality. Its basically the same thing.

Folks should also be very aware of the garbage quality that is Swann. Do not be lured by the large discount claims. You can get much better for around the same dollars elsewhere. Really suggest that you do your research before you commit.

Just got burned with their product (simply does not do what was claimed) and it took a lot of $$ to correct. I would not like for others to get caught out. It's a genuine plea for folks to just do their research prior to purchasing. The packages on offer are a lot of money for most people and they should really be informed.
There are plenty that would support me and I know some will see my comments as just being negative but I still think I need to put it out there. Neg me or not it does not bother me, but I would hate for someone to go through what I did without having some insight.
I guess the point is that the main headline of this deal is an AV sender, which isnt a Swann product. So you neg the deal, because you dont like Swann which is just one of the Other items on sale.
Just think thats a little over the top for a neg vote…
EMTEC USB sticks are rubbish, utter crap.
I wrote a review for the USB 3.0 on DSE which they didn’t publish, and it was worded very nicely.
They performed far worse than all of my USB 2 sticks, not matter how basic some of them are.
I will try to return them tomorrow.

This device will work perfectly for that. What you need to know is if this device has an RF (antenna input). If it does, you will only need this AV sender, if not you will need to get a set top box (can get them really cheap these days) or similar to convert the signal to RCA. RCA's are those yellow, red and white cables used to connect audio and video and combine it with this AV sender to send to the TV over the other side of the room :)
