  They've probably sent out the e-mail earlier than they set up the database. This is not the first time it's happened.

    I got the same thing, no idea why they think I use this when I was getting a sample for my wife.

    Not sure if its linked to my answers to the questions, but I'd recommend that others try different ones. These didn't work

    Age - Teens (I'm 24 but I couldn't select that)
