The freshburst variety is cheaper at $3.40 and $3.06 with s&s but I prefer the Total.
NOTE: Amazon AU appears to be categorising some as "hazardous materials" and therefore will not ship them to most postcodes in Australia.

My understanding of mouthwash is that it should have fluoride in it and it shouldn't have alcohol in it. Anything else is just window dressing.
No ingredients list on that page, but it says it has fluoride so that ticks one box.
Cool, thanks
Precisely this.
Alcohol will contribute to dry mouth.
Alcohol will also kill good bacteria in addition to bad bacteria, altering your microbiome in the mouth, which MAY contribute to worse oral hygiene and bad breath.
Fluoride - controversial; however, just don't ingest it to avoid the controversy.

antimicrobial, anaesthetic, anti-inflammatory agents
Is fluoride in mouthwashes controversial within the subset of experts (oral health professionals / dentists?). Because fluoride in toothpaste certainly is 99%+ unanimous for them.
I way this as pots of things are controversial once we factor in certain groups of people and I'd rather not give them unearned credence by labelling certain issues as 'controversial.'

It isn't; I know quite a few dentists who no longer advocate brushing with fluoride.
Made in Australia, that's a big plus for me.
I responded to the comment about the Aldi version, which is made in AU.
Zero Alcohol also on special, thanks OP, good deal!
only freshburst, not original :(

Total care too, which is the one I like.
Great deal OP, thanks.

you prefer alcohol?
No delivery outside metro areas is possible!
Do not use this product, or other mouthwashes with alcohol.
Best not to use them at all, and instead brush your teeth twice (or after meals) per day. Do not rinse (with water or especially mouthwash after). Ask your dentist.
These products either do nothing (do not alter the bacterial balance), or they do net bad things (kill bad AND good bacteria.
If you have bad breath you're trying to hide, ask your dentist - it's usually either bad flossing, or tonsil stones, neither of which this product solves.
For a "quick freshen", chew gum, which doesn't have the downsides but does have upsides (including fragrance).
I generally agree with you — you forgot to say "choose gum with xylitol", though — but there is a case for antibacterial mouthwash, if the mouth microbiome is heavily skewed against good bacteria. Not as a daily use, and not a mouth swisher, but as something to dip interdental brushes in to get rid of bad bacteria colonies.
I'd wait for dentist's advice before nuking your oral microbiome
Putting antibacterial mouthwash in between teeth hardly is "nuking the oral microbiome".
^— this.
Every dentist I've ever seen says not to waste money on mouthwash. "Complete waste of time" is a common quote. At 52 years old I've seen a few.
Floss at least once a day, brush twice is the G-O.
'+ interdental brushes, especially at that age.
Maybe dentists don't mention it as much, but periodontists are very keen on them. Even after brushing and flossing, I find using them there's still a lot left behind.
Easiest way to get mouth cancer.
Only if you're a weakling
Why are we downvoting? Alcohol in mouthwashes is associated with increased risk of oral cancer.
No one should be using it, disregarding the fact that it it has no benefits other than freshening your breath temporarily.
Any good chaser you can recommend?
Is there any reason why this would be better than 1L of the Aldi mouthwash at $3.49?
