  • I'm tired of seeing Amaysim "offers" every damn day.

    • Me too. Why would anyone join Amaysim anyway with the likes of Kogan or TPG around?

      • +2

TPG have ba customer service, need to pay $20 for sim and $20 deposit which they never realy refund it unless you make a huge effort

Kogan is still starting in the mobile business so too early to judge about how they will go

With Amaysim, calls to CS are answered usually in (up to) 15 minutes, they have an australian call centre and their staff and wonderful to deal with.

Plus if you choose to sign up with a referral link, you can use the $10 credit towards the second month making it $10 for second month of flexi or $30 for second month of unlimited

Well said. I agree 100% especially about the customer service. you speak to a real person and they are quite helpful. i'm also with tpg for internet and their customer service is terrible. i guess amaysim is just trying to 'buy' its customers with discounts.

        • *yawn … If you need constant help from your telco then sure, I'd pay an extra $10/month for phone support.

After two months you'd get your $20 back anyway. I was with TPG for over 7 years and never had to call in about my (mobile) service. I've now been with Kogan for the last 3 months and also have never had to ring in or contact support. My sister is with Amaysim and there's nothing wrong with their service either… the only difference is that it's $10 extra/month just to talk to a "wonderful, real person".

          If I needed that I'd pay you $10/m :)

    • You're on the wrong website if you don't like offers!

      • You're absolutely right. I LOVE bargains and offers! If I was into Amaysim I'd be happy as larry.

  • Local Aldi looks to be working out 30pc cheaper data as well, 7.00/gb (vs $10).
