        Your prices are consistently higher than MSY/PCCaseGear. By a decent amount too. I just built a similar PC for my cousin, $788 shipped, with an i5 3570k, 7870, and it was a mini-ITX build, so super portable. Might wanna look into your "Deals".

      we replied to batrarobin that way is because he had no genuine reason behind is NEG as it wasn't the first. Even a forum admin hid his comment because it was off topic.

      We definitely do listen to all constructive criticism feedback and take it onboard. However its seems batrarobin doesn't like to see any of our deals for example:

      "batrarobin commented on Mwave - D-Link DIR-412 Wireless N 3G/3.5G Mobile Broadband Router $2.50
      Wouldn't even bother! Worse than the COTD flash sales. Atleast COTD honour their orders."

      So instead of bothering him again, we suggested to use ozbargain features which is to hide our posts from him.

      We thought that this deal was definitely a savings, especially when comparing to reputable online stores (and ourselves), same components, assemble fees and shipping costs.

      Compare apples to apples? I quoted a BETTER system, 3470 to a 3570k and a 7850 to 7870 is a very decent jump in performance, for ~$80 less (Price was inc. CC charge and insurance), there's your build fee.

      The point is, this isn't a bargain, it's an ordinary price w/ free shipping. This isn't a place to advertise your business. Show us REAL bargains, and i'm sure I speak for 95% of us when I say we'll probably buy it.

      edit: Seems you've changed the whole thing now to say free shipping as the deal, rather than the PC itself.

    I had purchased 2 wifi modems some time ago from Mwave. One was faulty, Mwave asked me to post it back at my expense, so I did, then Mwave tested (??) it & said it was fine. Sent the same one back to me instead of replacing it with another one. When it arrived it was still faulty. (they asked me to sendit back again at my expense…. I didn't.)

    Just because the lights work on the modem does not mean it is working.

    Never Mwave again! Never!

    DON'T YOU DARE TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE MWAVE!

      We have continuously improving upon our warranty procedure & services and in most cases we now pay for the return of the faulty goods back to Mwave.

      Product testing is carried out by ourselves and a authorisation service centre or by the manufacturer.

      Do you have a order # or RA # you can provide me, so I can look into the matter and see what happened?
