  • I think at least a dozen retailers sell this below the price of yours even after shipping cost considered http://www.shopbot.com.au/pp-netcomm-nb604n-price-373914.htm…

    • +1

The cheapest one on Shopbot is $84. All the others are cheaper because they are bundled deals Usually when signing up with an ISP to get the cheaper price.

$75 is a good price for pickup. Even with delivery its only $1 more than other retailers store prices excluding shipping costs.

Only down side is it only has older slow 10/100mb ports

  • Only if can collect from store, if need to pay for postage and there is a MSY store near buy then cheaper to buy from MSY, only by a 1$ though. Since petrol is exy, might not be an option for some

  • I think it's a good deal. Bought one a while back from OW for $99 but yet to set up. Our Netcomm NB6+4W hasn't missed a beat over the years and trusting that the new one won't as well.

    • I have one of these and so far, it's been very reliable. Wireless range isn't too bad either.

    • Hey cornbeef, I am also currently using NB6+4W, it is working well even though the case broke open after a fall. How is this N300 modem compared in terms of speed and range?

      • double edfoo.

bonus having the USB input for network storage/access given how life is full of de-vices.

        (and double rainbows)

  • Awesome router at an awesome price. I'm sure people will complain about the 100mbps but it isn't really needed unless large files are being transferred between devices regularly and someone is waiting for them to complete. This is more than enough to perfect any SOHO network.
