      Once registered, you must spend $33 or more in a single transaction at any of the participating March into Merivale establishments 00:01 (AEDT) on 5 February 2013 and 23:59 (AEDT) on 28 March 2013.

      so yeah it would be $66 - $13 = $53

      Yes there is. Dodgy hemmes doesn't even advise it, they just charge it
