:)
I bet there will be a few of them for the next few weeks.
I did it myself this morning.
I'm still in contact with Dell over the last fiasco. Two months and counting, numerous emails and phone calls. They aren't capabale of making a simple direct deposit, ludicrously they are now talking about sending a cheque. Any IT people out there want to give 'ol Dell a hand with this new fangled technology thing? It may be an OK deal though if you don't need to contact them for support or other problems, nonetheless I suspect you could do better. For example graysonline seems to be selling many new machines at the moment. It's an auction site though, so not exactly the same, but there have been many new branded machines (Dell included) selling quite cheaply, warranty included on some but obviously read the auction details carefully, note that grays takes a 15% cut on the final price and then you have to pay shipping. Fortunately you can determine the shipping easily on the item page.
I'm sure there are other people with positive Dell experiences and they can vote up to counterbalance if they wish but since mine is negative, I'm voting down, sorry centurylegend no offense!
The best offer I found so far is $200 off with extra 15% off last time. I would wait for it happens again (hopefully).
Thanks for your information all the same.
Dell is offering 10% off most XPS laptops currently until 22/1.
I tried applying the abovementioned coupon. It reduces the discount and you pay more :(
So perhaps after 22/1 it'll be useful.
