Nicaraguan 'La Fatima' Estate
A smooth, medium bodied offering with balanced acidity, roasted medium/dark, it shows big milk chocolate, with a hint of roasted almonds and a long, toasty finish. Superb espresso. Also lends itself well to milky coffees like Latte / Cappuccino.
This bean was 60% of a mocha style blend, however I retired that blend to make way for next months 'Single origin of the month'.
House Coffee Co is still in its first year of business, owned and operated solely by myself, so while this deal may not be as great as some deals you will find, in time they will get better as I grow.
Why 1kg? Well not many people will go through multiple kilograms of coffee before the 2nd kg starts to go stale. All my online coffee sales are roasted to order, to offer you the freshest beans I can, it would be a shame to sell you too much and see it go stale before you finished it.
This deal is also limited quantity (50kgs total) so may be sold out before deal is expired.
If you want more than one kg, shipping is only increased slightly so don't feel like you only have to buy one if you want more!

Rep, do you know if this wet processed/wet washed?
I'm always on the look out for wet processed single origin, as are others who use it for bulletproof coffee.
It may help if you indicate in your store.
