If purchasing directly from Amazon, $97.06 delivered to Australia.
If purchasing from a third party via Amazon (the third parties won't deliver to Australia), then $54 USD to a mail forwarder. In my case, using Shipito, and into a consolidated box with a whole stack of stuff, and depending on how much stuff, the iCade portion of it (if breaking up the total delivery charge to Australia from Shipito) could be as little as $10.
bummer for Australian retailers when their listed price is significantly lower than what it cost
