  • Good deal because 20% off is decent. But you really gotta hunt for the bargains. The Avengers on Bluray is $40. Most of their stuff is waaaaay overpriced.

      WAYYYYYYYYYYY OVERPRICED 3D TITLES.

      Eg - Green Hornet 3D - $43 after discount.
      Harold and Kumar Xmas 3D - $32.78 !

Sorry - nothing here to see but overpriced titles - you can't compete when JB or BigW have the same 20% off.

      • I'm pretty sure these guys are owned by VideoEZY/WOWHD. Their layout is the same and the pricing is quite similar. VideoEzy is actually doing a 20% off of movies/tvshows http://www.videoezy.com.au/home/20-off-Movies-TV-for-Austral…
In conjunction to the EzyVideo sale, even the name says it all. There's always a given 10% off for WOWHD with coupon SOCIALTEN or 10percentoff and VideoEzy does deals pretty often.

      • Hi there, confirming 3D Green Hornet is $15.98 after discount and Harold and Kumar 3D Xmas is $26.38 after discount

  • and shipping sorta hurts the deal :(

    • Free shipping over $60

      • On their prices, that should get you two decent Blu Rays.

      • Can't edit my comment now, but their shipping prices have changed drastically. It used to be $2 or so IIRC.

Now it's $10 for 1-2 items which is terrible.

Hopefully they haven't erased the free shipping over $60 and simply left the advert for it on the website, because without free shipping they're barely going to get any sales at these prices (not even with 20% off).

Hi there - shipping should be $2 per unit standard with over $60 free - There is additional shipping for bulky items. Let me know which title you are seeing this with and I will investigate. Thanks!

        • All Video Games are showing shipping as $9.99 base rate for single items (1-2 items)

        • If you are based outside of Australia shipping is $9.99 inside Australia it is $2 per unit. Thanks - JS

        • Have a look at ANY product. It lists Asia pacific at $9.99 for 1-2 and $4 per item after than. And international rates are higher.

Not in your basket, just on the product page.

        • That is international shipping charges listed on the product detail pages only - I'll pass it on to make sure that local shipping charges are also listed, thank you for the feedback! Cheers JS

They do have 'Aliens: Colonial Marines (PC)' for $31.98. No discount. Thats a great price. As long as you dont mind it being delivered somewhere around 2019.

    • That includes the 20% off. All their online prices are adjusted for 20% off already.

I got a copy of Far Cry 3 in less than 2 weeks. Not bad, especially for the price. They do have some PC games well priced, not sure about the rest of their stock.

  • EzyDVD really need to implement a more realistic pricing model to compete in the industry unless they want to go the way of the dodo.

    • Sadly they've been like this and worse previously

  • It looks like 20% is already in effect now, not just for the Australia Day Long Weekend. If so, then prices are so so.

So in the OP it says excluding 'coming soon' titles, yet from what I can see they all seem to include the 20% off.

I'm keen to get Sim City, but will wait till its actually released. So tempting though..

    • Lol me too! I saw this and went straight to searching for SimCity. As far as I can tell its the cheapest around with this 20% off.

  • Their delivery is ridiculous considering its local and not to mention their delivery times are horrid.

Looking through their game titles and saw Deus Ex Human Revolution for $50 when I got it last week for $15, Borderlands GOTY is going for $68 here when JB is doing them for 2 for $40,sigh… Overpriced to the bone, what kind of prices are these?

  • Games come from China so expect to wait a couple of weeks to get it.

Some decent prices on 360 games.

    Most notably 'Sleeping Dogs'.
$26.xx compared to $59 at JB.

  • I don't like the idea of buying online without tracing/guarantee of arrival, and $10 shipping for tracing is too much!

    • it will come, but it will be like zavvi/the hut, you'll forget about it, then open it and be like "ohh yeah i remember ordering that"

      • The Hut has great service, shipping $1 for two clothing items and it arrived in a timely manner of 13 days.

        • you're actually quite lucky to get it in 13 days, but ive never had a problem
