Unless I've read it incorrectly I'm pretty sure it's available for use at ANY Event, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle cinema, as well as online:

Unfortunately it seems like there are only 2 places in Victoria there are those cinemas, but for us NSWers its great! :)
This might not even be available in Victoria as it is not showing in our catalogue.
