        Late in December. Also changed the system so that you can't use vouchers on shipping any more.

    Ozsale is the worst, be prepared to wait a LONG time for your items

    • When its free its worth the wait.. Got a Skincare product last time. It was excellent. Missed the offer this time though!

    • they do state on everything that delivery is 21 days, and I've found they contact you if there's any delays.

    • Classic stupidity from an impulse buyer who MUST have their order immediately. Unless you can find better prices than what's offered, keep quiet. Ozsale is specific about their delivery time, take it or leave it.

        that's because they ran out of stock. if you look at your vouchers, you'll see they credited you back the voucher

      I had a code similar a while ago - it was sent to my email. From my understanding only selected groups of ozsale members receive the code at one time. No idea how they determine who to send the codes out to.

        • It's a specific email, it gives you the code and tells you that it's limited to the first X amount of members to use it.

    Socks arrived this morning! I had to sign for them. Geez, they're just socks! Not to mention free ones haha.

  • I am pleased that so many of you have received your orders.

    I joined on the 21st of Jan, using the link provided on OzBargain in a previous posting. Made a purchase, and applied the $10 credit.

    I received the welcome email message, and later I received a confirmation of my order message with an order number.

    However, whenever I go to OzSale.com.au and attempt to log-in so I can view my account, check the status of my order, and look at other items - I receive an error message….

    "Please contact us to activate your account"

    I used the OzSale Contact Form to ask OzSale to activate my account, and pointed out that I had received their Welcome message and that I had an order number. They have not replied.

    I went to their Facebook page and posted asking for assistance, and also asked about my order. They ignore my posts - yet they respond to the posts of others made before and after mine.

    Does anyone know what is going on? Also, any suggestions of what I should do next?

        Also, tonight I started posting after the posts of others - mentioning my problem.
