        Thanks for the question, the 30pin adaptor does not support audio as its designed for charging and sync functions. Audio adaptors have the 3.5mm pin but are priced differently.

        The Adaptors we offer have the authorisation chip to allow sync and charge operations using your old apple docks.

          Don't bother about them. The two that I received from bluesim didn't work anyway. The connector doesn't make a connection and I can't charge it properly. It intermittently connects then disconnects until i wriggle the plug.

          Update: mine arrived yesterday and seems to charge fine without disconnecting. Guess you were unlucky drunifex?
