*For those that are seeking a $200 code there are some in the chat that have had success by asking the JBHIFI live chat and tell them that you lost the $200 code in your email, there are some that have received the $200 code a day later in their email as it seems they’ve added them in to send a code.

$1700 off the new s25 Ultra with the $99 p/m jbmobile plan if you port in.

$237 is only if you use the $200 samsung signup promo code otherwise it’s $437. As this is a mobile plan you go in store to signup, show them the $200 preorder code they should give you the further discount.

Plan : $237 ($437 without code) + $99 p/m over 24 months.

If you cancel: $237 + $800 + $99 =$1,136 ($1037 if you can get first months charge refunded)., you will need to pay the voucher repayment fee as stated in terms

Voucher Repayment Fee

6.2 If you received a JB Hi-Fi Voucher when you purchased your Mobile Service and you cancel
that Mobile Service within any applicable Voucher Term, you must pay us the outstanding
amounts for the JB Hi-Fi Voucher you received for the cancelled Mobile Service (the Voucher
Repayment Fee).

6.3 The Voucher Repayment Fee is a pro-rata amount, equal to the total amount of the base
Voucher divided by 24 and multiplied by the months (or part months) remaining in your
Voucher Term.

    It was expected to collect phone from 4th Feb in JB. But now email received that collection starts from 14th Feb.

    For those who are asking how did I get the $200 coupon yesterday:
    I contacted JBHIFI Chat couple of days ago and they said sorry they don't send them. I told them I had in my email and I cannot find it anymore. So they sent an email telling me that they could not find my email in the list.
    2 days later they sent the code to my email.
    You can try your luck ! All the best.

          3. Get new aldi sim, activate it before you go into jb, make sure you can receive sms before talking to them to port in

          Dunno just seemed like you weren't happy with the first lack of response. You can always unpublished the double and triple posts :).

          Just seems like everyone comes along wanting to be spoon fed and not willing to read the post, visit the JB website and read it, or go back a page or two. Same questions over and over. The original post could be updated but not sure you're allowed to condone this hack explicitly.

          Anyway for that reason, I'm out :).

      You can, but they'll still charge you cancellation fee (~$766). If you call to cancel, you can also ask to refund the $99 you paid in store.

              This time all the others are very similar and makes little difference with a case on.

              Talking about resale monster mobile only offering $600 now for S24U 256GB 👎. eBay could be worthwhile for $1200 even if have to pay fees.

          So if I return s25 ultra, will they issue a $1,700 gift card and $237 back to my card or gift card, depending on the payment method? What happens to the $200 voucher—will that be forfeited? I already ordered mine through Samsung Direct, but this one through JB is for my mom. Recently, I've been feeling that the S25 Plus model would be a better size for her. I'm considering returning and swapping it for the S25 Plus.

    So i ended up with 2 invoices with different numbers.
    No IMEI on them.

    When i claim TRS, do they physically have to see both phones or can i show them an empty box for second one (invoice).
    Also do they record the imei number/serial on system.

      It all depends on who is checking. Sometimes they don't check and just approved the TRS claim straight away, sometimes they will check the phone and match it with your invoice.

            @Dumpshid: Processing me for jail will cost them more than $172 & tens of hours of non productive time that would cost them average $100/hr plus all logistical costs. Im sure they have better things to do @TRS office like getting their meal/coffee breaks on time than hours of paperwork and phone calls

      I did TRS on a Samsung tablet recently, they just looked at the receipt and just asked if I had the tablet with me, didn't ask to see it.
