              • @dutton: I was in same dilemma. Should I go today or tomorrow as when I woke up in morning they had updated the expected delivery to 7th, but my gut feeling told me to stay back.

  • I was out last night and shortly after I checked my order page I got the email that it was on the way, and the order page had updated to on the way.

    Startrack tracking showed me it had done a few things already and was due tomorrow (today) and yes, it's nearby now so should be out for delivery soon.

    One day early, better than nothing.

    So it looks like they were busy bees at Samsung yesterday!

        Just got a message saying my delivery is coming today and tracking shows it's onboard for delivery but the estimated delivery date is still tomorrow. Weird

        • No message but I just check tracking and it's on board despite having changed to tomorrow.

    Just received Ultra 512gb Silverblue with watch 44mm LTE.
    How can I return the watch?

    • Go to orders page and click return. Select what you want to return.

      • Apparently some buyers reported they do not have the option to return individual items. But some can still select individual items to return. Probably those who ordered more than 1 accessory. We need to wait and see. My order for S25U Jetblack 256GB ordered on 23rd 9pm hasn’t shipped yet and showing get it by 10th Feb

    Just received my Ultra 512gb Titanium with Anti Reflection. I managed to cancel the BudPro3 not long after placing the order and the delivery indeed did not include that BudPro3.

    There is no paper tax invoice inside but the online version (the one you accessed via Samsung Online) does have an option to download Tax Invoice and it DOES have BudPro3 included in the Tax Invoice. However, the order summary does NOT include the BudPro3, showing the updated lower total price.

    The challenge is now to contact Samsung to request for the money refund. Ozkeepskat8 above did say, refund usually happens within a week. The problem is my tax invoice is not reflecting the lower price but the order summary and the actual delivery do. I might have to contact Samsung directly lest they will think all is settled.

      You ll get the refund automatically once the order is marked as completed din the backend. Nothing to stress. Did this last year.

        Thats correct and exactly what happened last year when ai cancelled accessories after placing the order. So don’t stress.

    • If "it DOES have BudPro3 included in the Tax Invoice", then they may send the buds later if your online order does not show that it is cancelled. When I ordered my last new phone, the accessaries did not come in the same package as the phone.

      For the S25 Ultra that I just received, my tax invoice does show that the buds were cancelled (it did as soon as I cancelled it online). I have received the new phone this morning and also a refund email that the refund has been sent to my bank.

      • The online order DOES show it was cancelled. I took a screenshot of it. The Tax Invoice is not.

        But thanks for confirming there is a refund email forthcoming. To me, this is the important part.

    • So this means only those who ordered more than 1 accessories are able to return individual items as we need to keep at least 1 accessory. Hence, those like me, who ordered only 1 Buds 3 Pro, won’t be able to return it individually.

      • I was able to cancel my only ordered accessory ie buds on call after 2 tries. I am confident if you get the right person, you can return them

          I got the same ESR ones and it does say S20 6.8 inches. I just applied mine and it is all good

              @Aemit: If you rip off the S20 sticker it says S25 underneath. Thats what it shows on mine.

    Mine just changed from ships from 6th Feb to get it by the 10th Feb, what does this mean? Still no tracking from Auspost

      Think it means it will arrive by 10th of Feb

  • Have received S25 Ultra and also refund email confirming I received a refund for buds I cancelled online.

    My invoice DID show that the buds were cancelled when I cancelled them online.

    Now just hope they refund the S21 trade-in once they receive it.

        I just logged into my Asurion account and generated the label.
        Have printed and attached label onto the padded envelope in which the phone arrived, ready to send it back.

    • Ah… mine isn't but the online order does show it is cancelled. I'll wait for 2-3 days then I'll make the move.

      • Maybe them updating their system while we were all cancelling our accessories led to inconsistencies.

        *I was not able to cancel my second order of S25 online as they had already changed the online cancellation feature by then. Samsung agent suggested I refuse the delivery of the buds (if sent separately), so that I will receive an automatic refund for just the buds. Does anyone know if this is true? I'd hate for it to go missing. Not even sure how to refuse a delivery of buds, or whether they will be sent in the same package as the phone or not.

        I received the cancellation email when I cancelled it online a couple weeks ago.

        The refund email was this morning, after I received the phone, just shy of 2 hours after phone delivered.

        I paid through PayPal and my PayPal account does show the Samsung refund. Am now waiting for it to show on my cc.

      • interesting since Abbotsford seems closer to me compared to Sunshine. but then again they probably know better what routes work for which suburbs. interstate deliveries mostly come to me from Sunshine

    • Yep mine comes from Sunshine, onboard with driver this morning.
      Only arrived from Sydney this morning, I always have positive experiences from AusPost in my area.

    • Mine is getting delivered from Sunshine. Got the 'coming today' update from Stratrack.
      I'm worried they will leave at the front door (no one at home till 6pm). I wish they take it back to the nearest AusPost and I can collect from there. Can't wait to go home.

      • They asked for a signature when delivering mine so I doubt they'd leave it at the front door.

      • During COVID they stopped doing signatures and just started leaving packages on at the door. Guess they thought since its all under lock down… there shouldn't be anyone wandering the streets. haha
