    • How would the refund work? Youll have to ask chat? Or is it in the form of a voucher for future use?

      • I got them to price match my first order and they created a case number to refund the $100 after I receive the second phone, they will issue a credit back to my ccard

  • For everyone who has received tracking info, anyone ordered from EPP/student/government portal? My order from EPP (S25u Jadegreen 512G) on Day 1 still shows "Awaiting dispatch, get it by 6th Feb". No tracking info in auspost app or email.

    Brisbane - awaiting dispatch ultra 512gb with cases and watch

    Ok S25U 256GB jet black on the way now. Was able to cancel the accessory so phone costed $859 only

    • Did you get a full refund on the accessory? Others were saying they would deduct the $200 voucher from the refund

      • Doubt they can manually do that for so many orders and that is actually legal to withhold it. Dont fret

        • I'm not so sure on either count, if you break the terms of the promotion why can't they deny you that portion of the refund? And $200 for 5 minutes of overseas labour is very much worthwhile.

          Whether or not they will is another matter, probably comes down to if the right people are aware it is happening .

        I just asked through live chat and they said that my cancelled was unsuccessful. The price is updated on app but they said the accessory will be sent out and I still got charge for it…

  • At last! S24U 512 Grey ordered 11.30 am on Day 1, Gov store, Sydney, 'Get by 6 Feb' for the past week or so.

    Received a notification on my phone at 8:43 PM AEDT from the Samsung Store app that items had been shipped. App shows 'On the way' for all items and IMEI and Tracking info supplied. Delivery tomorrow here in Sydney.

    Tracking in Startrack shows Item processed Monday 3rd at 1:47 pm, arrived at facility Greenacres NSW Wed 5th 12:27 pm, and processed at 2:53 pm, information received by Aust Post at 7:40 pm tonight.

    It's also showing in Aust Post app, but I'd given up checking a couple of hours ago, so that might have been there a bit earlier.

    No email from Samsung. Correction – email just arrived.

    Snowing in auspost it's being delivered tomorrow. Ordered along with buds pro, case and screen protector. No change on Samsung portal or email. Still shows get it by 7th.

    • How to link auspost to such notifications?

      • Creat an account on auspost and add your details like address, phone number etc. It will link to deliveries using the same details. Download and log into the app.

        • I've done that as well, I imagine it's still just waiting for an update?

        • I hae account and app , everything up to date. Never get updates on my deliveries, unless i add them manually

          • @Zeee: Not really sure as long as address and name match I thought it would work. Might be worth contacting auspost for help.

          • @Zeee: I think it uses name and phone number for matching. Check with aus post this is correct.

            • @Monkey619: I have 2 Aus Post accts under different emails - same name, address, mobile. This tracking matched to the email account I used for Samsung.

    • Email just came through from Samsung saying despatched and status updated on website. I can see from auspost it started it's journey around midday so hopefully we'll see more shipping notifications trickle in.

    I also noticed the other order I placed the "get by" day has moved from the 7th to the 20th of Feb. so the dates on samsung order page can be postponed…

    Order status still showing “awaiting dispatch” ships from 6th February :(

    Received an email earlier in the evening from Samsung:

    “We wanted to let you know that your order, AUXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX is still being prepared and has an updated dispatch date of 11/02/2024.” They can’t even get the date right i.e. 2024 🥹

    S25+ black exclusive color dispatched. Ordered first day of presale at around 7am.

    A whole bunch of orders got picked up by startrack at midday today… seems like either their system is slow to update or somebody is mamually putting the info into each order 1 by 1.

    As the tracking shows that my order was picked up at midday but samsung order status changed at 10pm.

    • Yeah it looks ridiculous that the order status is so delayed while it could be automatic & immediately changed after the scan…..

    • I got tracking today but tracking history says it was first scanned in Sydney sorting facility on Monday (3rd Feb) at 9:20 AM.

      May be it's intentionally done at the request of Samsung to start sending notifications on 5th (today) and get them delivered on 6th Feb.

      • Likely a embargoed shipment. Startrack allows for those where the shipper tells them 'do not deliver before 6th Feb' and startrack will work it out when to process it through the shipping network so it gets delivered on or after the date.

        Last year i saw that note on my s24+ shipping label but obviously they didnt bother with following the embargo note and delivered it 1.5week earlier than release date.

  • weird, was just looking at the pre order of S25U page. It looks like all of the normal color showing in stock. If you add it to cart, it also says "in stock".

    • Titanium black is not a normal color. Still special online color, but showing in stock.
      But I pre-ordered on 23rd and still no sign of my order being shipped. So in-stock might not means its in-stock. May be just showing in-stock to let everyone place the order.

      • Titanium jetblack shows ship from 6 Mar 2025 and Titanium black says "in stock".

        • Sorry I meant - Titanium Jetblack. Thats a special color and I unfortunately ordered that without realising it was a special color 😅

  • Update: I wrote this out earlier during today but for some reason it didn't post??

    Anyway I looked more into auspost app and it gave me a tracking Id starting with EFJZ this is a Samsung tracking number and I haven't even got a email to say it's sending or being dispatched even the app for Samsung store still says the same. But auspost saying item will be delivered tomorrow the 6th and it's now at Sydney sorting facility.

    So I really do believe it's coming tomorrow good luck everyone!

  • It seems the "return" button is now enabled after the item has shipped. Curious to know if people have managed a return in the past without impacting the coupons used.

    • Maybe you try out and let us know…

    • In the past I have, but seems like Samsung is catching up on a lot of loopholes this year.

    • You can get all these coupons again anyway. Once my order is delivered, I will see if an option is shown to create a return of the Buds 3 Pro only.

  • One silly thing I just noticed is in my order currently still 'awaiting dispatch'. Where it says Get it by XX date. underneath the 'Shipping:' was blank. I just saw both my wife and I's update to 'Shipping: free'. Probably me being just too impatient and grasping at straws

  • Oh man.. I ordered Jetblack S25U late on the 25th and have an estimated dispatch of 20th Feb, seeing all these jetblack orders already getting pushed back further has me worried I might not even be getting it until March at this point.

    • Don’t lose hope. Should be shipped earlier than what it shows.

    • I ordered mine on the 29th with the same estimated dispatch date. You will get yours first lol

  • was at the local OW today and they got S25U on display

    not sure if I am alone in this, but I think titanium on S24U feels better than the one on S25U. sides are rounded slightly on S24U, and have a bit of soft feel to them. while S25U is slightly sharper, display corners are rounded, and it's almost too smooth

    I'll wait till I get my hands on S25U tomorrow

    also seems that the stylus is slightly different. I could fit my S24U stylus into display S25U, but not the other way around

  • Just got an email from Samsung my order is on the way!
    Ordered on release date at 3pm.
    S25U - Blue 512gb.
    Galaxy Watch 7 44mm LTE
    Comes with tracking number, but the number is not active in AusPost yet, so either AusPost hasn't got it on StarTrack hasn't switched it on yet.

    Still got a S25 normal I ordered on the 31st that says ships from 27th.

    • Same here. Email is exactly at midnight, says Shipped.
      Tracking number on order status page is not searchable on Startrack & Auspost.
      It feels like email was automatic without any actual delivery event trigger.

  • I ordered a Samsung S25 Ultra with Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and was able to cancel the earbuds a few minutes after placing the order.
    I quickly received a confirmation email for the cancelation and forgot about it.
    But I just double-checked my PayPal and found out I still have not received the refund, and it's been over 2 weeks now.
    Does anyone cancel their accessories and receive a refund? Is it normal to take that long for the refund even though Samsung has already successfully canceled?

      Once you receive your order, typically within a week.

      • So they will process the partial refund for the amount of the Buds 3? I Don't understand why they have to wait till I receive the phone.

        • No clue. But better than needing to return items after delivery.. then wait for a refund

  • Got the shipment notification as well - S25U Silver Blue 512GB, ordered 4pm on Day 1.

    Noticed that the return button is also available now on the order page, but when I try to just click the buds to return, it also ticks the phone automatically. They might have closed the loophole!
