I would be especially worried about this business considering how many previous deals they've had deleted on here plus the fact they were probably the ones that negged you for asking a question and didn't bother to reply. Stay away IMO. ABN search shows operation the sole trader operation has only been active for about 9 weeks and Ryab is already gaining an interesting reputation.
Agree on all points.
Found this in the T&C:
8c Warranty and terms associated with Overseas Direct Import
see section on Overseas Direct Import Warranty and here:
There's more, won't bother pasting though, anyone that wants / needs to read it now knows where to find it.
Our website developer is away on holidays at the moment but ill put a mention to this on each product page if that helps until we place a section at the bottom of the page.
@pmupsinep I never negged - voted him. You are being rude and should not make comments like that false and are not accurate.
see section 8 of our terms and conditions
Yep I found it, may I suggest that you have a 'warranty' entry on each product page and link off to the T&C's, just helps anyone that's looking for it find it easier.
Thanks for the advice will work on that :)
Rep can you please advise if these are unsealed boxes.
All goods/products are inspected prior to packaging and postage by Ryans Gadgets or the agreed Supplier for any defects.
Rest assured all items have been checked to make sure they are brand new products and relevant adapter is correctly supplied (WE DO NOT SELL REFURBISHED OR SECONDHAND STOCK)
Hmmm, the unprofessionalism of your website doesn't fill me (and others I suspect) with confidence.
At least consider rewriting your about page without it all in capital letters…
To quote David Brent from the UK office, "professionalism is….and that is what I want".
Having a @live.com email address doesn't look great either.
I did a search for the word "warranty" on your linked page and worryingly got no result.
Could you please at least outline what occurs in the event of a fault or doa etc?
