Multiple vendors including Lenovo with similar or close to pricing.

Cheap alternative to popular portable monitors especially for VESA mount configuration e.g. I would use it for dashboard duty though prefer a higher brightness level, this one is as bright as some budget laptop monitors from several years ago.

    72% NTSC, that's horrible.

Not really a deal when you've got this for $5 more

    IPS vs VA
    100Hz vs 75Hz
    99% sRGB vs 72% NTSC
    1ms vs 4ms response time

Sorry mate, this isn't much of a deal

Nice find just got that JB email :)

    • Agreed. Very surprising to see a VA panel with such a low gamut. 72% is typical of TN panels.

Cheap alternative to popular portable monitors especially for VESA mount configuration

I understand what you are trying to say, but this doesnt really make sense. It's not really an alternative to a portable monitor - it is an alternative to getting a portable monitor as an alternative to a fixed monitor for stationary use.

"Cheaper than the alternative of VESA mounting a portable monitor" is more accurate.
