After listing my Edge 50 to sell after having purchased the Redmagic 10 lastnight, I have just seen that JB Hifi has reduced the price on the standard Edge 50, might be for a little time like the Pro listed yesterday?

How’s the phone ? I hesitated and lost
The Edge 50 Pro is great. I bought it 4 months ago for $699 (it was $999 with a $300 gift card, but as I've yet to, in the last 20 years, go a year without spending $300 at JB Hi-Fi, I was willing to count that as money back in my pocket) and have been thrilled.
It's not ultra powerful, but the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip is efficient and good enough for all but the toughest tasks, and the Qualcomm modem holds up really well on 5G connections, which is the reason I was in the market for a new phone - Switched to a 5G plan and as soon as I switched my Pixel 6 Pro was barely making it through the day, and battery life was back to normal if I turned 5G off, so it was definitely the modem not handling it.
I've been really happy with it, and would have been stunned to get it for $448.

@life is suffering: I got my 50 Pro a week or two ago. The edge display isn't too annoying, but I'd prefer a regular flat display. I have no idea why they still use these edge displays which must be more expensive to manufacture too.
@life is suffering: It sucks for typing anything big and you want to go change something at the end.
So far a definite upgrade over my a52s. Performance is good . charging in 20 minutes is insane. I have yet to find a screen protector which seem to be my only issue
Id have been interested if it was a flat screen, I hate that curved edge stuff. I remember my S7 having it and hating it.
448 for edge 50 pro yesterday. even that is a price error, this seems to be not a decent deal. lol
There actually is not a lot of difference between the two, though overall the pro is better.
Hows the camera on this? Looking to move the wife from s21 its becoming a lag station.

Can confirm. I contacted their online chat support asking if it was possible to get rid of the "Smart Connect" icon from "This PC" in Windows (the place where only drives are listed). They completely ignored my question and kept repeating "What's wrong with your Motorola device?". I was confused at first thinking perhaps my messages weren't going through so when I replied "Something's wrong - I asked the question several times already but it's probably not going through", the agent simply replied "Your question is not related to a Motorola device. Again, what's wrong with your Motorola device?". I was completely dumbfounded.
Something tells me that this phone will go for $350 on boxing day
Have to thank the staff that put edge 50 price for edge 50 pro yesterday because so far the phone has been awesome
