-Not as good as the JB deal back in January.
-Bought this for me 13yo birthday present. Was tossing between the CMF phone 1 and phone 2a, found this is on sale from Amazon AU.
-$10 Amazon Promo automatically applies. Still using the GC from the previous 10% off— So make this around $~415 for me.

CMF phone 1 8/128 also on sale for $339, 8/256 for $379. Both also has a $10 Amazon credit.

  • The nothing phone… sounds like a name for a dumb phone, something that's stripped back to just the basic essentials

    • +2

I'd say that would be the idea behind the marketing

  • Not as good as the JB deal back in January.

Yeah that was $369 so hopefully JB do it again soon. Maybe even less now the 3a is out.

    • That was also for the lower spec model, so this is actually a pretty good deal if you can get it for $415

That model is 8gb, this one is 12gb

I was replying to the Op's comment in the description.

  • Seems price has gone up now?

It's a great phone, I bought the 256/12gb model and absolutely love it. Switched to Nothing after having two or three Motorola's in a row…and this is a much much better phone. Camera is excellent. It feels like an Android iPhone, if that makes sense. Love it.

    • Im using the G84, would this be a big upgrade do you think?

      • +1

Yep, the G84 is what I had before this actually! Didn't hate he G84, but this is much better. Can only imagine how nice the 3a must be. I think $450 ish is a nice amount of money to spend on a phone. If you drop it or lose it or whatever then its not the end of the world, but you still get to use a fairly premium feeling phone. Too much more than that, and you may start to think of a Pixel or a nice Samsung. But very happy to not buy a $275 Motorola ever again if this is what you get for $450 from Nothing, if any of that makes sense.

  • Nothing phone,
    Nothing phone,
    isn't it something?,
    nothing phone….

  • Its shipped from germany, will it work here? For those that have one, is it heavy? I can't find one in JB to get a feel, they don't seem to put them out for demos
