Was looking for some massager and found out that this previous deal is back.
Currently showing $13900 in iRest website
Thought that it would be useful for someone this Christmas.

I'll taaaaaaaaaaaaake it
Hey, how come you guys get the Spinemelter 2000?
PiperDan: … It’s a secret.
Carl: Shut up!
Thanks OP, bought 5.
pu leather
really? 5000+ for just pu leather
This is the problem. If it was real leather I'd take it in a heartbeat. PU leather after a little (depends on how often you sit on it) while starts to peel off especially where you normally rest your back with sweat and all that. They might as well use cloth.
That is absolutely amazing.
The original price was almost $14k.
$14k for PU leather is an absolute slap in the face.
Who is paying $5,500 for this? Let alone $13,900?
Save your money and buy a Livemor: https://homelivingstore.com.au/collections/livemor
Same gimmicks for a fraction of the price.
I got a livmor one in 2020 , paid around 1600.
Still fine, as we baby the heck out of it (no direct sun, wipe down after use etc) - novelty wears off pretty quick, don’t think we used it once this year. Cool conversation starter for when guests come over though, but most agree it’s ALRIGHT at best. In our old age (over 30) prob really need to see a good physio / massage therapist instead.
iRest > Livmor
If you read through this thread https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/843754 you will realize there are levels to these machines and they're at different price points for a reason.
Most of the difference is in the padding.
I bought a "cheapie" and bought $70 worth of foam padding and filling.
Made a HUGE difference. Unfortunately everyone who visits spends hours on it!
Is there anything you don't mod?
@skid: Just looked around the house….nup.
It has 4D technology
I have one of these, it does a good job and what I need it to (esp. for my back).
The neck part not that great however as the width is too wide for my neck (need a thicker neck).
If you have trouble ordering/delivery you can contact iRest directly and/or Costco support team and they can help you work out the logistics.
good price but not delivery to WA. this chair is about $10k in china
I got it delivered to WA - just need to work with Costco support team.
I think how we resolved it was that I initially ordered to be delivered to a mate's place in Melbourne, then immediately after the order I changed the delivery address to my place in WA and it worked. I then confirmed it with the Costco support team over the phone who are pretty good and they said it was all good. Got it delivered and installed no problems.
For that someone who already has everything…
i have one purchased 5 yrs ago, still going great.
Can be had for $4950 at irest pop up store in Moorabbin DFO, Vic.
Id rather spend the extra 500 for lifetime warranty at costco
Pop up store will also have lifetime warranty with the company. I am sure it’s not costcos responsibility once they sell It to You?
Yes it is. You have warranty on anything for as long as you are a member
@dosada: Sigh unfortunately they changed it…
EXCEPTIONS
Certain Electronic goods (purchased on or after [August 31st 2020])
For electronic goods, Costco Wholesale’s return policy for change of mind only applies for 90 days from the date the member receives the following goods: televisions, projectors, major household appliances (including refrigerators, freezers, rangehoods, cooktops, microwaves, dishwashers, washers and dryers), computers, touchscreen tablets, smart watches, cameras, aerial cameras (including drones) security cameras, camcorders, MP3 players, cellular phones and portable air conditioners.
I don’t see any lifetime warranty reference on irest’s website..might have tipped me to get one…
@bowtiehoon: It's not lifetime, it's not actually very long at all. I have one and I think it was 1 year parts and service and 2 or 3 years parts.
is tha a costco thing?
The rrp is over priced and the naming convention is confusing, BUT iRest are great. Highly recommend them.
They currently have a sale on in-store, some chairs are half off and well worth it.
Can it replace hands on?
What do you mean?
there is no happy ending mode on this machine.
Best to go into their stores and try it out. At 50% off they are great, I wouldn't pay anywhere near rrp.
If iPay $5499.98 for a chair, I will feel dizzy because its soo expensive. Definitely then iRest
Seems expensive
How I wish I could! One day maybe
U deserve it mate
You can sir. I’m happy to accept your kidney for it.
how does this compare to osim udivine?
As someone who has spent a few thousand on osim gear for relos and my misso, I personally think it’s an overrated brand overall. Try it out in store and see if it’s for you. If it is, great. But try not to equate flashy marketing/ kiosk shopfit with a uber premium fix-all-your-problems-in-life brand/product.
Good stocking filler
Stocking Violator
Realdoll over this all day.
Anyone else thought this was a photo of a leg of ham for sale 😅
