  • Have always been wanted to ask this that if the PLA is PLA+?

    • Negative straight pla

It's a hard sell when you can get Jayo PLA (though you have to get 10x rolls, but of your selection of colours) on eBay for about $14/roll delivered.

    • very true

    • The consistency of colour / saturation with Jayo is fairly low though - if you don't care about the colour, that's a good option for cheap prototyping or whatever.

If you're so obsessed with price why aren't you buying their 5kg spools for $51?

Personally I've only recently discovered Siddament, but in terms of service, transparency, price, discounts for even slight colour variances (which means when you buy a non-discounted roll you know it's the colour you ordered) and the fact they've already made custom profiles for their filament in Bambu Studio, this is the best value for money offering I've found in Australia.

  • Does GF mean Glass Fibre?

      gluten free

    • Glass fibre

    • girlfriend, it comes with a girlfriend.

      • A common misconception, it means Girlfriend Free.

  • Have been using Siddament since purchasing my Qidi Q1 Pro..

Pretty happy with everything I've bought so far..

Except for the Burnt Titanium PLA which had massive issues with layer adhesion

    • Heh, the Burnt Titanium ASA is a bit the same. Looks amazing, but layer adhesion is way less than regular ASA.

      • same here, running at low speed helped with mine

  • I really like that green silk - the normal green silk is basically teal. If I didn't just place 2 orders in the last month, I'd grab a couple of these!

Yes I can also vouch for the quality of Sids filaments.
Have tried the Jayo/Sunlu and the colours always seem washed out.
Considering the time it takes for a lot of my part prints its just worth to pay for Sids stuff and get what I want the first time.
Have ordered some of the ABS GF blue to experiment with some engineering prototypes.
