I was looking for some nice beer glasses for Christmas presents and found some pretty sharp prices at the Spiegelau website compared to other retailers. I'm not sure if this is just until midnight on the 2nd or if it will continue into the 3rd of December.

  Excellent, big fans of the Capri Bordeaux glasses so perfect to replace a couple that have broken recently.

  Would be rude not to round out the collection and get some White Wine & Mixed Drink versions too… for the free shipping, of course.

  Any recommendations for glassware brands when it comes to normal drinking glasses not wine glasses?

    For normal drinkware i actually go for Ikea glasses (hey this is OzBargain after all). I have found the ones that are made in France (check the laser etching on the bottom) are really solid and consistent.

    That or double wall glasses from ZuHause, which have survived years of regular use and dishwasher cleaning.

  unsure of how sturdy all the models are, but I would advise on handwashing when it comes to the IPA model at least. i know it says dishwasher safe, but when i had these a few years ago they were paper thin around the mouth and had a couple break easier than expected
