It may be plasticky but it grinds better than sunbeam for sure.

No, the cover is crap.
I've had two of these fail within 2 weeks each time. Guy at TGG told me their failure rate is really high.
Went back to a Breville instead.
@c0utta: Thanks. Seems like the ~$200-300 price bracket is owned by Sunbeam and Breville. Otherwise you need to spend $500+ to go a step up.

I saw one of these today at TGG as I have my eye open for a new grinder. But this Baratza is really plasticky and cheap seeming. I have a Sunbeam Cafe Series one from about 10 years ago and it's still going well, and it's very solid, thick aluminium body, etc. Seems like the Sunbeam is much better build quality, but I can't compare the grinding.
