        and then you refund the first one that you got? I got one 2 weeks ago for $1,049 and 10% cashback and already set it up. Not sure how my cashreward would be affected if I call them up and they refund the difference

          it should. but I think you can't cancel before they send the parcel out. so you have to request a return label from Dyson.

    Not sure I see the value in Dyson's higher tier models, given for the same price as this you can get a very capable robovac for regular whole house cleaning & a lower tier either Dyson or equivalent stick vac for spot cleaning.
