      • no idea, after I placed my order the vacuum was restocked many times. I know they over sell but I placed my order very early.

        • OMG, that's sooo shitty mate, I'm sorry to hear that.
          I don't understand how it can get cancelled. Definitely ask for a reason and then forward to complaints. Big lost opportunity cost here.
          Looking at your story, I'm afraid to ask them about mine.
          (ETA 6th Dec) it says.

              Nope, no tracking, no emails, nothing. I'll give it to the 6th and if it hasn't shipped, I will reach out.

      Thought to check this thread again, as something similar happened to me, and I saw yours now…

      Mine got cancelled as well.

      I send them a message as well, asking only if we could change the payment method, after I consulted with eBay rep.
      It was just a message (not selection of request to cancel the order through eBay's options), and they just cancelled without even replying first.

      Then followed another 3 chats with eBay reps, and them, initially both of them throwing the ball to each other about if and who could issue a new voucher for a new order, and in this end that's impossible.
      Many hours wasted, and lots of dissapointment and frustration.

      Yesterday Roborock's rep, finally said that it was eBay's backend system that malfunctioned…
      After that I had another chat with eBay and they CLEARLY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE LYING!

      Ofcourse I already reported it to eBay, and they have escalated it and could impose restrictions or so.

      Such a dodgy reps and company.

        Awww mate, that's really poor form, tbh. Were you one of the other batches? I wonder if there is anything you can do to get Roborock a slap on the wrist.

        • Yeah, was the 2nd hundred batch.
          I made eBay to have a look at logs and everything, and it got escalated for internal review.
          Hoping they will impose something.
          I wasted way too many hours for their negligence.

          • @ElectroFoX: Not a good look for the Roborock brand.
            Hopefully this is a simple stuff-up somewhere and Roborock can fix this up.

        • yes I think so. The guy couldn't find the invoice and then said it had been cancelled.

    I just got an email to say it's been dispatched. Australia post hasn't picked up the parcel yet, but I have a tracking number and an email from Roborock confirming it has been sent.
    Thought I would post an update for those worried.

    They had a message Black Friday on their website to expect delays, so I'm guessing they are just trying to get through the backlog like many retailers.

    • my previous Mobilciti order shows from MC Dispatch. I guess Roborock Australian Distributor and Mobilciti are the same owners.
