  • Since when are havaianas 100% synthetic? Havent they been natural rubber for ages?

    • +4

Could be a listing error. The same thongs have rubber in descriptions on other websites.

    • +1

Just bought some. The tag says PVC UPPER RUBBER SOLE.

      • Thanks for this! Bulk rubber, good news.

  • +3

What's the 43/44 equivalent in size (men's)? Kmart doesn't seem to show the sizes that Havaianas actually uses.

    • +1

If by 43/44 u mean the BR size, it's 10-11. This would be the equivalent of 45/46 EU.

      • +1

Havianas use BR sizing as the biggest number you see on the heel.

        So if you're a 9, get 41/42 BR.
        If you're 10-11, get the 43/44 BR.

        • The thing is, there is no 10/11 on the listing. There's either 9/10 or 11/12 as the closest. Havaianas shows 43/44 as AUS 10/11.

          • @afayd: I usually wear size US9.5/10. I previously got the 9/10 and they fit but I feel they are just slightly too small. I would suggest going for 11/12

    • +1

The tag on the ones I just bought says:
      UK 8
      AU 9-10
      EU 43/44
      US 9/10M
Moulded into the thong it says 41-42
They fit my UK 8 / US 9 feet
      Interpret that how you will

      • What was the kmart size on the website? 9/10?

        • Mystery solved. My kmart size 11/12 arrived today and it’s BR 43/44, which is exactly what I wanted.

  • How do these compare to the $1.50 ones?

    • +10

people will like you if you wear these

    • Night and day. I bought the Kmart ones when my Havaianas strap broke, I wore them for maybe 5 minutes before using the Kmart strap to repair my aging Havaianas. The Kmart ones provided zero cushioning walking over small rocks, while even old Havaianas were so much more comfortable.

    • The $1.50 ones are softer but have a plastic smell. I switched after my last pair of Havaianas broke and I needed something to wear.

  • Is shipping free if you have OnePass?

    • +1

Yes, and with bunnings, officeworks etc.

  • +5

I remember got those thongs from Kmart for $10 a year ago…

    correction: $6, https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/826212

  • Most of the havis already sold out in most sizes? Presumably by onepass holders?

    • Deal starts in 3 days

  • +2

Are prices for Brauns good? What are they like performance wise?

  • +1

Just in case people haven't noticed catch is doing 2 for $25 Haivainas with lots of different designs (need a one pass membership though), lots of nice colours compared to Kmart. I ordered some the other day and only took 4 days to arrive.

  • +3

my sizing is 41-42 on my other haviana's what kmart sizing do I get? 7/8 or 9/10 or 11/12. Not sure if kmart listing in AU or US sizing

    • +1

+1, why on earth would they list it like that when those aren’t the sizes at all!

    • Same question here, any help please?

My current Hav's have the following

      BR 41/42
      EUR 43/44
      USA 9/10M

What size Kmart do I get?

  • Coffee people, what is the coffee machine like? Currently using Nespresso pod machine at home, but make a mean espresso at work on the manual Rocket machine.

  • Wished Havaianas weren't a seasonal item at K-Mart.

  • +1

Nicer designs on catch 2 for $25

  • Does anyone know how the juicer performs especially when compared to Breville fountain?
No specifications mentioned (like motor wattage)

  • I used to buy these thongs all the time. And I'd need to because they'd eventually all break in some way.

But since switching to Archie's, I have bought a new pair in quite a few years (I want to say 2-4 years or so).

    • The one piece design and foot arch of archies is good but a pair we bought for my fatherinlaw shrank dramatically when left in the sun for a little while (to the point where he gave them to my son who was 10. Hopefully they have rectified that issue now as it was a few years back.

    • Yeah, also havianas have no support whatsoever, theyre rubbish. I have been buying crocs thongs and slides and they last but these archies you've mentioned look good (small biz!). And on sale in Myer!

  • So Havs sizes totally confusing - are these AU size or US size doesn't say!

    7/8 9/10 11/12 12/13

    • Looking on my current pair it says USA 11/12. Under that it has 43/44 which i presume is the brazil sizing.

      • Wow now you stuck Brazil sizing into the mix!

I have literally no idea, I have a pair that fits perfectly but they are at home in the wardrobe and even if i could see the size I think I still wouldn't be sure which one I am ordering. Do they have these in Kmart might just wander to the city and have a look.

What is it with shoe sizing… so complicated, there has to be a standard the world can use… I'm from the UK so we have different sizes there. I don't get it, something so universal and so many times the shoes have gone out of stock while I am figuring out which size to order! 🤪

Kmart online listing does not say what country the sizes they are listing are for so their size guide is pointless! I am a UK 9.5 I ordered 9/10 on the website and some 7/8s for the missus she is a UK 6… I bet I got it wrong.

  • Are these a good deal? 110 Pack Finish Powerball Power All in One Dishwasher Tablets Mega Value Pack? https://www.kmart.com.au/product/110-pack-finish-powerball-p…

  • Bought a pair of Havaianas at Aldi for $12.99 thought it was cheap.

  • Haviana's now in stock in my local kmart in BR sizing, no need to guess my size online now
