How do you subscribe to their marketing email?

NAB app show no offers yet for me. It said 1 of the reason could be previously unsubscribed from marketing email. I’ve checked in the app and internet banking but its no where to be found

      same issue

Found this, but looks like business related:
      https://communications.nab.com.au/SubscribeMonthlyEmails

Here it says "Message a Banker if you still aren’t currently receiving offers." under 'How to access NAB Goodies in the app'
      https://www.nab.com.au/personal/goodies

Had the same issue. Had to call them and ask them to activate marketing emails for me. Goodies finally worked after a week or two from the time they did that

    • Call them and keep pestering them because it took me a while for it to show up

  • Thanks! I didn’t see that in the email. All I saw was NAB Now Pay Later offer. I get nab goodies offers by email, but my app offer Have never been active. anyone else unable to access in the app?

    • I have the email but it's not active in my NAB app either, I assume since the T&C's say it's supposed to start on the 28th of Nov, but perhaps the code for activated early.

  • I have never had an offer.. how to be eligible? I don't use my NAB debit card apartment from making withdrawals

I think you need to spend regularly on the NAB debit/credit card to be eligible and also sign into their marketing email. You can get them to check/sign in for you. I rarely use the NAB debit card and never had an offer. With the NAB credit card I had, the offers were there when the card was used regularly. As soon as spending stopped, the offers disappeared. The offers seem to be independent of where the card is used. (On a different note, I found NAB tends to reject all purchases of gift cards online.)

    • Call NAB and ask them to enable marketing emails for your account to get NAB goodies offers

  • I got woolies offer instead. Spend $100 to get $10 cb

  • Have the NAB pay later offer email, not sure why they keep shoving it in my face. The offer was meant to expire ages ago and they've brought it back again.

Nothing related to Amazon in my goodies either, just some useless offers that i don't see how they could be targeted towards my spending

  • Anyone manage to buy gift cards with this type of promo?

    • Digital purchases including gift cards are not eligible for cashback according to the terms in the post description. There is a list of exclusions.

      • That's very common for deals which work on gift card purchases

This one has a promo code so maybe it'll be immediately clear if it's not going to work
