        Buy Tech Head gc from Specials with this deal, add to Amazon as a payment card, purchase Amazon gc and pay by TH gc (since Amazon seen it as a normal Mastercard)

    I've been seeing "No offers just yet" for the last 3 months.

      A few weeks ago Nab app had an update which added an option to enable the "Personalised offers" toggle.

      Check and make sure you enabled that under "Goodies"/ "About"/ "Manage personalised offers".

      Edit: I couldn't see any offers as well before that.

      • Thanks I did that last month when i was chatting with their live chat. We've tried a lot of stuff and they said "check next month to see if you get new offers". I use my Debit card once a week for Myki topups.

          I can’t remember I read it mentioned every 30 days or so
          Maybe that’s the cause?

    • I had the same issue and contacted them.

      The fix was:

      • delete your email address and add another one (then put the original back again)

      I also turned offers off then on again.

      They started appearing 48 hours later

  • I am still waiting for my cashback from this exact promo since January 25 and still no signs from it. I have met the eligibility criteria.

    Support teams can't seem to figure it out and their support app chat keeps referring to the loyalty team, who have no connection with the NAB Goodies support team to see that chat. Really annoying.

  • I've been a NAB customer for 20 years. Never received any goodies/offers in the app ever :(

    • See above, make sure you have personalisation on.

      It took a month after I activated to get offers

      • As per the above and at least buy something with the debit card / credit card.

        • Yes, they required you must use the NAB debit/credit to make at least 1 purchase last month.

          • @timhn: No the terms are within 30 days. I made a purchase on the 6th of February and Goodies disappeared this week. I suspect there a grace period given it takes a few days to show up.

    Thanks OP. Wasn't getting any Goodies until I made a $0.01 supermarket split payment last month, and luckily now I got this offer :)

  • Do you need access to app to download the GC? The app is region locked :(

      You should also be able to log into your Special account via a web browser and access your gift card's details. To do this:

      • Log into your Special account at special.com.au.
      • Go to the My Special Cards tab and wait for the website to finish loading all your past and active gift cards.
      • Click/tap on the gift card you want to access.
      • Under Use Your Card, click/tap Spend online to view your gift card's card number, expiry date and CVV2. You can use these details to redeem the gift card online at a merchant, or manually add the gift card to a supported mobile wallet (i.e. Apple Pay, Google Wallet).
    • Are you access Specials from overseas? I found i couldn't access it while travelled overseas, always returned with invalid user/pw error. Can only access after enable VPN to Australia .

    bought once for the wws gift card before but didn't received the Cashback, hard to track if use from here

  • I got a $100 Woolies gift card last Thursday. Tried using it at woolies but card number was declined. Had the option of using card number or barcode but there is no barcode I can find. Has been activated according to my account. What am I doing wrong?

    • You mean the one bought from Special? It's prepaid mastercard. You need to add it to mobile wallet.

      • Done that.

        • You manually entered the card number after selecting gift card? It's a debit card, so just tap and pay.

        • Select "Card" on the self-checkout machine. Do not select "Gift Card".

          • @UrMumsOnlyFan: Thanks again. I did select gift card. Even Woolies staff could not work it out.

            • @NevC: Use it like a prepaid credit card - except it only works at Woolworths.

  • Thanks. I think I have this solved. When opening wallet and choosing this card it did not work. Just now I selected the wallet icon and held my finger on it. This showed all options for cards I have. Selected this card and it now shows up with contactless option. I will try Woolies again in a day or two. All other cards work by just opening wallet but this does not. Very strange.

    • Thanks @OZBMate8911 & @UrMumsOnlyFan I bought my Special card on March 26th but haven't received the cashback yet. I'll wait until next week when the 14 business days that they say it can take is up and will then follow up with them.

      • My $20 cashback arrived on 15/04/2025.

        • Arrived on same day for me, even though I purchased on a different date. I guess they just do it in batches

    • Still waiting for mine too, purchased on April 1st
