I guess have to buy on a separate transaction to get two to avoid GST?
yes, individual it should work.
Not worth it. 75% will need to be returned because Amazon US don't put extra padding
Was about to post the same thing. Amazon US are infamous for doing a crappy job with packaging.
Dunno why anyone would neg/defend Amazon on this. They chuck a drive in a baggie in a shoe box and let it bounce its way around the world.
Have bought 3 of these Reds from Amazon USA, all packaged well and arrived safely.
I've bought 3 drives from Amazon US and the packaging was so good I kept the boxes and all the packaging for reuse later.
Thanks OP, bought one for my NAS! I'm surprised my 3Camel watch was not triggered on this price drop.
Also funny, listing said 'only 4 left'. I bought 1, now it says 'only 5 left' :)
Probably keep adding the stock back in?
I definitely should! :)
I randomly checked the drive listing and seemed to have fluked the start of a limited time deal. I expect it will take a 30-60 minutes at least for Camel to register
wished i got more of this deal $328.89 for 20TB IronWolf Pro feels like nothing will ever beat it until 26TB Pro drives arrive
Very tempted for HDD diversity. But the Ironwolf Pro 20TB ST20000NT001’s I got from East Digital @ AUD 378/ea work perfectly fine.
These WD Red Pros were on my shortlist in terms of specs.
was that Ironwolf pro drive refurbished/re-certified?
waiting for a 12gb deal :/
how about East Digital HK drives?
3mths since their last deal
yeah, but they always have refurb drives available and from reading others comments have decent local warranty support.
Nice price and it's Pro too
