Network mgr sounds genuine. None of the usual marketing blah blah blah bs which is a bonus.

They work off an internal airtasker style platform shared with other insurers. Its hit and miss, as many only have knowledge as extensive as reading the fault from the car computer. I just bought a $99 computer and diy it now.

We cant cover if - accident damage, break-in or attempted break-in of
your carCan anyone please confirm that if someone hit your car and you need tow truck to tow your car to your nearest repair shop so is that mean will they tow or not?
That would be something your car insurance would cover

This is standalone pricing. If you already have a Woolies Car Insurance policy then you pay $88 up front at start of policy or pro rata if you start at any time throughout that year of your insurance policy.

Thanks OP! I'll give it ago @ 1/2 price!… FWIW, nearly all roadside assist mobs that I could find all had shocking reviews… I think it just goes with the territory hey! Having said that, Digicall Assist (who do the service in this case) seem to have a very good name… online anyway. I'm more than happy to be an OzBargain guineapig 👍
You can alsways go without and if you need roadside, call up RACV and they sign u up on the spot for $134.. comes with 12 months Roadside
How soon can I use RACV roadside assistance?
