:) I would buy it for the name.. name of my daughter. While hx is decent with a pid. Dual boiler is probably still better for a home setting.
If buying this hx. Steam your milk first, dump a bit of water from the group head before putting portafilter with coffee. Or else the temp might be a bit high on your coffee grind. If you can get used to that flow it's going to be great.
Rotary pumps are much better than vibratory so this is a good level up from previous deals.
Also the flow controller is fun to try different recipes . I have it on my La pavoni Botticelli specialty. Its greatShe’ll thank you one day for not calling her PID.
Lol only thing I can think of is pelvic inflammatory disease. But that's because I'm from a health background.
She actually enjoys making coffee with me since the age of 2. :) training her well I think
If only I didn't buy a Breville Dual Boiler last boxing day id grab this. Amazing deal for a machine that will last you a lifetime!
