It is a really good automatic coffee machine, better than phillips automatic coffee machines.

I bought one of these used on marketplace. It's a great machine. Definitely echo what others have said in regards to it being much better than the Phillips (which I owned previously). It's a great machine. I love that it has the milk frother wand rather than a built in tank. It's easy to clean and in my case great where different milks get used.
