              @craving: Yes it is, but for DarkOz scenario, they would have paid via CC as they would have had no GC balance. I'm providing a solution to allow them to change the payment method after they placed an order.

        If you can't see the option, just contact customer service and see if they can help you apply the gift card to the order. They've helped me do this in the past to an order I already made.

          That option is no longer available so I spoke to an associate only to be told that my purchase amount is over my gift card credit so it can't be applied. LOL. So I bought another $100 and spoke to another associate afterwards. The gift card credit was applied quickly.

      I used 28 degrees to purchase. Failed first time, but worked when I tried again (the first time it seemed to time out when it tried to go to the authorisation step). MS Edge and had ad blocker turned off.

    Worked with ANZ on chrome with ad blocker turned off, it asked for verification from bank and all good. Felt like more than 5 mins to get emails with gift cards, but they did arrive.

      Update: Tried in another computer where AdGuard is not installed and it worked!

      Looks like just disabling AdGuard is not enough because I believe it creates some sort of VPN network in the Mac.

      Called up giftcards support who were super quick to amend to the right email address
      Luckily noone claimed it
      And it was $500 so yes big oof if I lost it
