[Switch] The Game Of Life 2 - Complete Collection $15.00 @ Nintendo eShop

50

Lowest price ever according to Deku Deals.
Previous low was $18.oo back in Nov '23, and sometimes at $24.oo throughout the year.

The Deluxe Life Bundle contains:
The Game Of Life 2:- that is often on sale for $9.oo (MSRP $45.oo)
The Game Of Life 2 - The Ultimate Life Collection (DLC) that has an all time low of $9.oo last year, but sometimes at $12.oo or $15.oo.

So $15.oo for the Complete Collection (Game and DLC) is a great buy.

The game… It's FUN for the whole FAMILY!!!
If you like the original board game, this is a cute and quick animated version of it (with some slight variations).
General game playing time can be from about 15 minutes for 2 players going through it up to about 45 minutes if you have 4 players (inc. kids) that want to watch everything and take a little longer to decide their fate!

I purchased The Game Of Life 2 for $9.oo last month (which has heaps as it is), and our kids (aged 6-12), and us parents, absolutely love it.
Whilst the idea of a boardgame nowadays is to not have them on tech / devices, at least this gets the whole family playing together.

  • Quite high praise. The game sees poor to mediocre reviews all over. The advantage of a video game is it doesn't have to adhere to the rules of a board game and can do some fancy stuff. This game isn't that. It feels very slow paced.

If you're wanting to navigate a board based on a dice roll, Mario Party :-)

    • Agree completely about Mario Party, I love it, and the kids 'often' do too.
But although there's some chance in the role of a dice, MP is much harder for our 6yo to compete against her older brothers and sister.
GoL is just quick and simple 'board game' entertainment. (And I do stress both quick and simple.)

*edit: And also taking into account, MP isn't $9.oo.

  • Why you typing your zeros (0) as letters (o)?
