  • What happened to their old $9.90 a month deals? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXzsLneGqLY&ab_channel=Shado…

$83.90 a month ongoing for 50 Mbps is no bargain, I pay under 70 with Kogan.

    • You would pay $63.90 for 12 months with this deal. Guess it just depends on whether or not you can be bothered churning afterwards

      • Thing is Kogan still charges my old price that is close to the deal of this one and unlimited months.

    • Just called Kogan if there was any deal for old customers and they offered 3-month discount same as a deal for new customers. Maybe case by case. Worth mentioning this deal and asking for a price match which I didn't. Dodo is on their price matching list tho.

Based on my experience, Dodo is faster and more stable than Superloop.

      • Same for me in Victoria. Superloop was very painful and kept dropping off

Does Dodo force Cgnat on users and can this be opted out?

  • This deal or Superloop? The free included modem with Superloop seems enticing.

    • Pretty sure you have to stay with superloop for 24 months for it to be free

      • Yeah I'm aware of that.

        • the cashback assoicated with SL enticing as well

I wonder if jumping from Dodo would be easier than Superloop. Superloop needs a 30-day notice from memory.

      • Superloop needs notice. From memory dodo doesn't

    Does Dodo support ipv6?

  • Does anyone know the definition of 'returning customer'?

Had a pretty good experience with their NBN about a year ago.

Wondering if you can set the activation date to be at the end of February or even end of March when signing up on the last day of the promo, 28/1/25?

  • Heads up they use PPPoE authentication on the router.

I churned away from a provider who uses IPoE and was wondering why I had no internet. Had to call up only to find out I needed to change the setting in my router. Wish they'd say so in their service activation email.

  • Note: Cashrewards have $100 cashback for econnex compare broadband through which you can sign up to this dodo deal.

They had limited Dod options in the list (25 and 250 plans) but the rep from econnex called my to help with my application and was able to add me to the 100Mbit plan (at the above 12month discounted rate).
