On a related note - does anyone know if they still do the upgrade program direct from Sony? Comments from previous threads stated XM5 for around $320 from memory but that was a while ago.
What’s the fastest / easiest way to sign up to tggc? I found the forum post listing methods of joining but I’m curious what people have actually tried before and found to be the best route. TIA

Some insurance providers and associations like ASU provide free TGGC accounts.
Jb Hi Fi Business and Bunnings Powerpass are super straight forward and can sign up online if you have an ABN. For TGG commercial, you need to call and request them to set you up with a business account and it is super time consuming.Hmmm. I didn't find JB Business as straight forward. I can't recall what the issue was now, but they wanted more than just an ABN. YMMV.
Update: signed up to ART, took 5 minutes. Applied for tggc through them, took maybe 15 minutes, although it warned that it would take 4-5 business days. Checked out a pair in silver just now. Thanks OP.
