I wonder why there's a weight difference between two sets of states… do ducks grow bigger on ACT/NSW/TAS/VIC or something? lol

Any suggestions of what to do with so much duck? Seems like a pain to butcher it down, but roasting the entire thing means you're eating duck for a week …
