      12.8ah (460wh) = ~36V

    • Where on earth do you see 12v? It's 36v

  • any deals on dual suspension e-mountain bikes?

      Buy two…

  • NGL but that spec is le crap. Maybe a $600 bike with $750 in electric parts. The shocks and brakes are pretty dire.

    The RRP is purely fictional.

    • Strange question. They are completely different bikes.
Do you want to ride dirt trails, or a city bike?

If you are not regularly riding off-raod, get the NCM. Heavier and smaller gear range, but belt drive means less maintenance. Rack, lights etc are good. It is a "comfort" bike, rather than sporty like the above.

      • The op's bike isnt for off road…

        • Are you just being snobbish that it isn't as good as your Trek? Sure looks like an e-MTB to me. Not downhill racing, but good for singletrack.

I got this bike, returned it and upgraded to a cube the Bafang drivetrain sucked, 30 day ride guarantee with 99 bikes is awesome, but once you start down the e-bike path it gets expensive as you upgrade…

Responsiveness of the cube kicking the power in is sooooo much better! Try it

  • The settings are likely locked on this, but with the Bafang 600c controller it can be unlocked to adjust speed limits, number of levels etc. They cost about $75.
That said, I reckon you could find a much better deal than this bike.

  • The latest model with bigger battery, upgraded brakes and running gear is +$750.
Midway is the Reid E-Trail 2 for $2500.

Please post your finds for similar value bikes in the 2K price point.
