My last experience in using cashrewards is not great.
My recent purchases thru Cashrewards have only been tracking 50% of the time, and while they have all been successfully paid out after contacting CS, its increasingly painful to have to do that so often.
I see 160gb double data deal, is that why tracking isnt working?

I think it is to be relisted on both. Shopback is always the last to pull off amaysim on the 1st day of a month when amaysim adjusts prices so that cashback rates saga always occurs with it, e.g..
They were delisted on TopCashback, ShopBack and all categories set to $0 on Cashrewards a few days ago.
Now they've just been relisted on Cashrewards.

Tracking: both Amaysim & Cashrewards sites are managed by Philippines-operators (OK-English dealing with confusing-plans with 1st month-bonus etc) & hence often MIS-interprete & loss-in-translations.
Some Network-engineer work are also done in Philippines also.
All done in the name of cost-savings….in a complex system & fluid-environment. Take it easy on their-staff.

Be careful, Cashreward tracking amaysim has always been erroneous.
CR's cs is not helpful at all since TA's departure.
Also amaysim is gone from shopback and topcashback merchant list.

It’s been more than an hour and the transaction hasn’t been tracked. This is not the typical cashrewards which is instantaneous as always been.
Great timing I needed this as still waiting on the woolworths sim to arrive, I have gone for esim, hopefully still tracks.

Felt risky, took the lyca instead. The double data is a coupon which is not listed in cashrewards.
I've never seen them mention bonus data. It would get confusing otherwise. It's an 80GB sim so that's what they call it.
I skipped this at least until someone confirmed tracking. Glad I didn’t both.
Codes that auto-apply at checkout are eligible according to terms so should be OK.
Also went with the Lyca deal, but couldn't find Lyca on cashrewards.

Ordered 11:07am no tracking, still early but have my doubts it will track considering they removed the cashback sometime after.
Same with my phone orders from Amaysim via shopback, vanished after I ordered(Nov 1st), no tracking there either.
They haven’t refunded my Boost cashback from my previous purchase. Therefore, I will pause using their service until I receive the last cashback.

What do you send to them? Just the "congrats- you added another Sim" email, and the cashback screenshot?
I sent this and also the invoice from my amaysim accnt which had the order ID and all other details, the email Amaysim sent didn't contain the details.
Same here and they have now manually added it to my CR account. The estimated approval date is 18/01/2025. Hopefully it will be paid out soon.
They havn't manually added it to mine.

@HopSkipJumpFallSplat: Maybe try sending them a message through their online chat, saying your cashback didn't track? It's not gonna take you to a live agent, but someone will follow up via email soon. I did it this way because there was no response initially.
