  • where do you get this 3g shutdown code?

    • Only if youre using their service on a 3G phone. They will know and send you an email with the code.

      • Amaysim sends me emails daily to remind me this, buy never a code!

        • check your older emails or you can contact them on live chat.

Unfortunately you need to buy it with an amaysim plan. Anyone know if the 7 day $10 plan would work to get this deal? $90 off isn't as good as $100 but I'll still take it

    • From my experience, yes

  • Has anyone experienced someone sharing the 3G code or are they quite few and far in-between?

Been looking at an iPhone for my partner.

    • 3G code excludes all iphone 16 range.

        • I got a sorry that code doesn't work with this phone message when using the code someone shared below.

          • @tobyjc3: they were trolling, my guy

            • @RX7: Damn. Thanks for the help, if you hear of any codes I'd love one!

    • Most people who got codes either had old phones so used the code to upgrade, bought sims just to get codes so the wont give them away after they paid for sims or people who had old sims from previous CB deals.
Some are selling codes through the classifieds section.

  • Last time the code doesn't work with Iphone 16 series, end up bought the g54 with $39.

    • That was when iPhone 16 had just released. A month later, code now works

      • well, good on you ~~ nice price for new iphone.

  • I just realized I've got a spare 3g phone … But the network was shutdown last week hence can't get any SIM to detect my sim and send me that voucher… Any workaround?

    • 2nd that, Same problem.

Put amaysim sim in 3g phone, activated sim online, but no email voucher.

How are they checking eligibility? Do we need to run the amaysim app or something?

Has anyone managed to get Apple Store to price match?

Smooth. Ordered a 16 standard 256 for $1300 using the 3G code. Great price, thanks FD3S!

    • I have the code and want to buy for a friend. Can I say I will use my existing service and give the phone to a friend? Will that be locked or something? Trying to see if I can save $30 on a starter pack.

      • I don't believe it would be network-locked, but I could be wrong.

Anyone know how to get the code if you are not a amaysin customer?
    Much appreciated thanks

Thought I'd post here that if you select a different credit card during checkout than the one you have set for plan's direct debit, amaysim will set the new card as the source for direct debits. I happened to be poking around my account settings when I noticed it and was able to switch it back to my preferred card for the monthly debits.
