      Might be a little while yet as the terms say that it might take up to 3 business days for the bonus $10 to be emailed out. I checked a similar order I made back in July and it did actually take three days for the bonus card to be sent out to me.

      CHW seems not on the list. All the brands are shown directly on the website. The closest is the universal Digital Eftpos with $2.15 fee or the VISA with higher fee that you asked here.
