For cashback approval,

• Cashback is eligible on select Postpaid and Prepaid plans for new Vodafone customers only. The service must be activated within 30 days of purchase and must remain connected & active for a minimum of 90 days for cashback to be approved.
• Prepaid is excluded from the minimum 90 day connection
• Cashback is paid once per order/transaction, regardless of the number of plans purchased on that order.

Infinite Data Feature: On $35 Prepaid Plus Plan, you’ll first use your included data (data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to your phone or tablet at the time and place you are using data) and then, once that is used up, you’ll have access to data in Australia at speeds of up to 1.5Mbps.

I think this is better than Kogan or Lebara's equivalents for a short term switch. You can also activate it for a 180-Day Pay and Go Plan.

      There is the Lebara 15GB Starter Pack for $7 @ Woolworths at the moment if you don't want to worry about cashback, but obviously it's a lot less data than this deal.

    PREPAID is excluded from the minimum 90 day connection…porting or not is irrelevant ?

    Cashback is paid once per order/transaction…I can order 2 sims via 2 separate purchases ?

    Vodafone give 60Gb for 28d, I can turn-off auto-renewal & no traps ?

      New service first recharge, regardless of other services

      Porting/auto-recharge has no impact

      Buy the 2nd after the 1st is tracked on different days

      Generally, anything is okay if not written in the T&Cs. Normal smart cautions apply by individuals.

  $45 plan also on sale for $17 and this can be activated for a year on PAYG.

  I'm on this plan and get promotional texts that give me free data at about 1GB each month so good for a low usage plan.

    According to the T&Cs,

    $12–$55 Prepaid Pay and Go Automatic Recharge
    Eligible customers get 1GB bonus data on every automatic recharge on $12–$55 Pay & Go. Unused bonus data will not rollover. Offer subject to change.

    It seems the bonus data only applies upon automatic recharge. Or yours is another not mentioned promo.

  Hi,

  I activated the sim just now and got 25gb.

  Checked online and said the bonus data will be added shortly.

  Checked again and it is now 45gb.

  Is the remaining 15gb going to be added later or I have to contact the customer service to get that?

      From the T & Cs found at the bottom of the page

      Eligible customers get 35GB bonus data on $35 starter pack for total 60GB data. Bonus data is applied within 72 hours following successful activation and is available on the first 6 recharges within 180 days of activation. Activation counts as the first recharge; the remaining 5 recharges must be completed within 180 days of activation. From the 7th recharge onwards, bonus data will no longer be applied, and your data entitlements will revert to the original Included Data inclusions.
