Cashback is eligible only for Coles online purchases (not in-store).

$2 mid-week delivery applies for 6-hour windows, Tuesday-Thursday. Min spends, exclusions and T&Cs apply for delivery and Click & Collect services.

You must return and click through Cashrewards for each new transaction.

Cashback is ineligible on the following:

Tobacco & smoking purchase.
Packaging (eg. paper bags for groceries)
Any orders that have their collection or delivery date/time altered after the order is placed.
Purchases via the Coles mobile app.
Creation of multiple Coles online accounts.
Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.

This promotion is open to members that receive an invitation email directly from Cashrewards and successfully activate the bonus offer using the Cashrewards account that corresponds to the email address that received the invitation (“Eligible Entrants”).
To qualify for the $10 bonus, Eligible Entrants must shop online at Coles Online using a Cashrewards platform [at least 1 (one) times between 3 October 2024 12am AEST and 31 October 2024 11:59pm AEDT (“Promotional Period”) with a minimum spend of $200 (incl. GST) on each transaction (Qualifying Purchases).
Any Qualifying Purchases made by the Eligible Entrant within the Promotional Period will be counted towards receiving the bonus. A Qualifying Purchase excludes an ineligible item as set out in the Store special terms.
Bonus will be deposited as approved to the Eligible Entrant’s Cashrewards account within 7 days of the associated Qualifying Purchase being approved.
Cashrewards Terms of Use apply to the use of the Cashrewards platform and any associated purchase.
Bonus is limited to one per Cashrewards account and is over and above the advertised store cashback rates which still apply to the transaction. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses.
Fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

I’m not sure coles is the right store for Cashbacks. Most of my orders get adjusted even with Substitution selected.

  Yeah substitutions pretty much always. Be interesting if this breached this condition considering not the customers fault. And those substitutions don't change dollar value spent so might not?

    Substitutions won’t change Cashback. But I was saying even when I select it, I have refunds anyway many times.
