Thanks ordering the robotaxi now, so it can be self delivered by 2027.
Oh wait .. that's the alternative future where Trump wins and Elon rules the world

      Not alternative

Does it have to be with one of your partner organisations? My employer is with SG Fleet.
Also, what is your interest rate?

    • Interest rate changes depending on your personal circumstances. Mine is with them for 9% on an FBT exempt lease.

      • +1

I didnt realise the vary with leases. SG Fleet offered me 7.5% on fbt exempt

        • +1

That's a good deal and worth well more than this $1000 back.

          • @ZIngerBurgR: yeah, just waiting for prices to drop a bit more or Juniper to come out.

        • +1

I got offered 6.6% with sg fleet for mg4. Not sure if fair comparison

          • +1

@boretentsu: It has to do a lot with the cost as well. Sealion 6 and model Y are both at ballpark 60

      • The first quote they gave me was 10.9% comparison loan, where WhipSmart gave me 8.7% comparison.

    nahhhhhhhhhhhhh no thanks
    ill keep my e39 bmw

I can't believe Tesla owners tried to jack the "M3" term. So glad they failed.

      • I know. It's ridiculous in all honesty.
M3 is and will only ever be associated with bmw as far as I'm concerned..
This is not to dismiss the model 3 but don't shorten it to something that is actually the name of another car

          Whitegoods don't deserve monikers.

          • @Mechz: Hahaha.
I love my ICE engines. But that is the first time I have ever heard someone calling a Tesla a white good 😂

            • +1

@maverickjohn: How did you miss the resemblance?

              • +2

@Mechz: Not sure but I love it.. it's going to become part of my mental encyclopedia.

            • @maverickjohn: What about the Cybertruck being called a Urinal? Cyberurinal?

  • -7

Ha, trying to ditch their swastikars while they can.

Next car will be electric, but it won’t be a Tesla.

    • Agree

    • what did you have for dinner

      Who hurt your feelings?

Off the top of your head, can you tell me how Sebastian Mackensen, CEO of BMW Americas votes?

  • I wonder if getting it directly from Tesla with 4% comparison rate works out cheaper or on lease with tax benefits and at ~9%?

    • It's the running cost and no interest in GST

      • Not sure if it's Aus Wide, but in QLD at least, everything is pre tax for EV vehicles, so it's a massive benefit being on a lease in these circumstances.

        • It's Australia wide. No FBT on EV and PHEV at the moment.
