This is a promotion that has been run for a couple years now.

Unfortunately I missed when this first went up so I think if you don’t have a LG account already registered you might not be eligible. Reading the T&C’s you need to have an active account from the 7th October.

I have used this discount in conjunction with Black Friday discount on LG’s website and also got 12-15% cashback on top of that.

The Prize consists of one item from the Prize Pool as indicated by the virtual wheel. 1 Prize from the Prize Pool will be awarded per entry.

Prize Pool means any of the following:
• 10% off one checkout purchase on lg.com/au
• 20% off one checkout purchase on lg.com/au
• 30% off one checkout purchase on lg.com/au
• 40% off one checkout purchase on lg.com/au
• 50% off one checkout purchase on lg.com/au

Prizes will be allocated at random when the entrant spins the virtual wheel. Transaction For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize can be applied across different products in one checkout transaction.

      I got real lucky with a 50% earlier last year (tried with 2 accounts) and got a G3 77 for $4200. Cashback tracked too and got another $300 back, even though code wasnt listed. Flash in the pan chance though, I won't be getting/be able to afford any other similar spec TV anytime soon without that kind of luck - but the G3 is sweet anyways!

      A guy said on whirlpool he rego'd something like 20 accounts for the next spin win promo later in the year… I think the best he got was like a 30% or something… there was talk about whether LG had stripped back the higher codes as more ppl had reported getting them in earlier promos. Still, worth a shot eh!

        As mentioned in the post and above in other replies there was no notification of this promotion via email or any other that I could see. I just happened to be googling the Spin and Win to see last years and came across this years.

      I wouldn't see why not. LG seem very open to stacking promotions but won't know until the day what promotions could be stacked.

    I had an LG account but had to agree to new terms, reset my password and got the welcome bonus ($50 off over $350) so here's hoping I still count!

    Really would like that 40-50% off an OLED.

    Had an old LG account, I signed it and now it's prompting me to "Integrate" to whatever new type of account this is, setting a new password and everything.

    Except the "Submit" button is permanently greyed out…

    EDIT: Nevermind, tried another browser and it worked. No idea if this counts as an existing account or not.

      It said it was sending my password reset to the email address on file, however it never came as well.

      Then I thought I'd see what happens when I register and there is an option there to check for a duplicate email address. I did that and my email was available, so it appears I'd never actually signed up before.

    I got a 50% off code last year. At that time, I had recently purchased a 75" OLED so instead I used the code on a new French Door Fridge. (In saying that the fridge is currently being repaired because the fan inside it has gone faulty, ugh).
    Still satisfied because of the discount though :)

    I landed on "We deny the ACL exists" a couple of years ago. They denied a rusty washing machine lid caused by misalignment at factory because there was a very small amount (trust me folks) of dust on the side of the machine. Failure to properly maintain was the reason. Duck LG.

    Doing some research for TVs at the moment - what are the LGs to keep an eye on and those to avoid? I've read it seems to go Gx > Cx > Bx > Ax, but there seems to be these QNEDs and Nanocells marketed as well. Worth looking into or just stick to the letters above?

    From the T&Cs:

    To enter this Promotion and be eligible to win a Prize, each entrant must have an existing MyLG account prior to 11:59pm pm on 7 October 2024 and during the Promotion Period (30 September - 7 October):
    * i. visit https://www.lg.com/au/2024spinandwin;
    * ii. enter an email address (that must be the same email address used to sign up for a MyLG Account); and
    * iii. confirm agreement to these Terms.

    Following completion of step (iii), the entrant will receive a prompt to spin the virtual wheel shown on the Promotion web page. The virtual wheel will be available for spinning from 28 October 2024 until 4 November 2024.

    It seems like you needed to have registered for the promo during the window (30 Sept - October 7) in order to be eligible. I have an account made prior to October 7 but didn’t register for the promo during the window. Will try anyway but am doubtful I’ll get a shot…

      I would very surprised if you had to register for the comp to be able to spin the wheel in addition to having an account. In the past you only need an account prior to the spin date. Would be very weird. I think their wording is pretty messed up but let’s see what happens.

      You might be right but the wording “prompt to spin” doesn’t make sense. You would not be on a webpage for 4 weeks waiting for a prompt. I think those steps are what you do on the day the spin is available. 🤞🏼
