If you were willing to buy them separately, you could get the knives for $54 using this deal (and they can get 30-40% cheaper than that). This would require you sacrificing the taper at the end of the handle and using a knife that may be sharper, more dangerous and better at cutting.
6 forks for $20 here. Again, you will lose out on the taper but alas, prices must be paid for bargains. If you must have it in mint green with the taper, they are $15 each.Doing the monster math, we find that it is $54 (knives) + $90 (forks). They do not match, but they are cheaper than this deal ($144 < $155.03). If you're willing to go for the even uglier forks, that makes it a further $70 cheaper ($74 vs $155.03)
TL;DR - Not a bargain
